I stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location, just down from the main village by about 400m, was perfect for exploring the Swiss charm of the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I loved that my room had a balcony with a view of the marmots, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

During our Christmas stay at this mountain lodge, we were impressed with the cozy atmosphere and the stunning views of the snowy landscape from our room. The friendly staff provided us with delicious meals and warm hospitality each day. Additionally, the location of the lodge was perfect for skiing and other outdoor activities, making our holiday experience truly memorable.

We did have a couple of disappointments during our stay. Firstly, the room lacked bathroom amenities such as shampoo or shower gel and only provided a tiny bar of soap. This was a bit inconvenient for us, as we had to go out and purchase some ourselves. Additionally, the lodge was a bit far from the town center, making it difficult to access transportation.

The best aspects of my weekend stay were the stunning views from the room and the quality of the room amenities, including the provided coffee. The location, being close to both the town and ski slopes, was ideal for a weekend getaway. A further advantage was the quality of the food served in the restaurant, which was a highlight of our experience.

The worst aspect of our stay was the hotel's lack of transparency in charging for our meals. We were overcharged for a shared pizza and staff attempted to charge us for breakfast when we had explicitly stated we would not be eating there.

Despite being down from the main village, we appreciated the hotel facilities and parking available, as well as the transportation options nearby. Additionally, the standard menu had very good food and the jacuzzi was a hit with our son.
